Enrobing Machine
By switching hot air in temperature room, there is no difference of temperature compering to conventional sheath heater. Due to coating by roll up style, It is possible to coat 3～4 lines at the same time neatly.
Cooling Tunnel
Amagi’s cooling tunnel is able to cool not only chocolate products but also various products such as chocolate coated products from enrobing machine, cookies, marshmallows, candies etc. You can choose Direct Cooling, Indirect Cooling or Mixed Cooling by one touch switching in the Amagi’s cooling tunnel.
Bar Forming Machine
Our Bar Forming Machine is a Fully Automated Line from Mixing Ingredients till Final Bar products. With our fully automated machine, popular bar products can be produced. Mixture of Solid ingredients such as nuts, puff and dry fruits with Liquid ingredients such as Chocolate and Candies can be formed, cut, surface coated with fully automatic.
Automatic Tempering Machine (200kg type, AATM Series)
Both AATM-S (Screw Cooling Type) and AATM-D (Disk Cooling Type) has necessary built in Heating/Cooling function. By filling water or antifreeze fluid for cooling and connecting to the plug (3 phase, 200V, 50Hz), Amagi’s Tempering Machine can be started immediately. Sensor for automatic receiving of ingredients and sieve with vibrator can be also installed.
Easy Tempering Machine (ETM Series)
Just plug into outlet, Easy Tempering Machine is available to adjust temperature easily and immediately. ETM series has necessary built-in heating/Cooling function. Therefore, there is no need to prepare pipes etc. Moreover, all of the parts can be obtained here, in Japan. We can be your reliable business partner with sufficient and prompt after sales support.
